Yes, thanks J and J. I find it a fun thing to join in the end of the first class and see how quickly i can pick up the sequence - and you end up with someone to 'kick-off' the freestyle  :coolsmiley: Plus it's a good warm-up for the intermediate sequence. I hope to remember at least some of  it for kingswood tonight.

Slight shortage of ladies this week - could be because team member Nick wasn't there  :D
