Fancy a trip to Exeter?
« on: March 30, 2007, 07:21 PM »
Ceroc are opening 2 new dance classes in Exeter and Barnstaple.  Marty and I helped out at the Barnstaple busk, and Saffron is looking for additional help for the Exeter busk on 14th April.  Expenses will be paid.

Please let me know if you are interested - it's great fun!

...you're waiting for an event and three arrive (ok - one's a class)! I'd like to travel further afield (hooray they say) but i'm watching my carbon footprint (i'll resist going on >:( ) - actually i'm watching the pennies (so the expenses sound interesting  :) )

After careful negotiation (no kids) i can do Kingswood on Good Friday (by bike - which means i can consume some eco friendly ethanol - win, win  ;) - i'll find out what will be on tap) and Clifton's Filton event on the following Sat.

...here's a donovan track for Saffron :D

Exeter's my hometown so I'm intrigued to find out more about the people running the new Ceroc class since it's going up against what's been a bit of a local monopoly for a few years (Nelson Rose's Jive classes).  Have you got any details Lyndsey, plus which night are the classes and will they be having freestyles?  O0

Yeah sorry Simon, got your message too late - Phil is on the ball again!

Saffron is actually a Ceroc teacher trainer (she got me through my audition) and she is absolutely lovely.  If you can help with the busk on 14th it would be much appreciated - I still don't know final details (meeting place), but its likely to be 11am - 3pm somewhere central (Batman, I hope this answers your question!) - and if you can bring a partner then that would be even better.

I will post the finer detail when Saffron lets me know. ::)
