Fair enough!

Make sure all the info is sent on to me so that I can push the class on this site... :)

Is there a mailing list for the new class?

Thanks for reminding me Dave! ;)

Hey, good news all, Matt Kavanagh has agreed to help teach the class with me, aren't I a lucky girl.....Tom Baker at Gloucester and Matt at the Trinity...sometimes I feel like a lechy old woman  :D :D :D 8)

The sound system at the Trinity is amazing so there will certainly be pumping tunes tonight -however, I am really suffering with a cold (not man flu - I can still work!!) so I hope my energy levels are up to their usual standard.... :-\

Well of course you can still work.

When you get man-flu you have to rest up. :)

Yes, and if you had man-flu then you'd have to give it to somebody else to do. :)

Saying that, I taught the other week with tonsilitis and it nearly killed me.

Wasn't man-flu though.

This is a news article I found on Ananova about it:

Quote
'Man flu' really exists

'Man flu' - the psychological condition by which men claim to suffer more from colds than women - really exists, according to a new poll.

Males take more time off work than women with colds they think are flu, reports the Daily Mirror.

They also moan more, fork out more on remedies and 82% stay in bed until they feel better.

The survey of 2,000 people found 64% of men thought they had flu and took a day off compared with 45% of women.

But according to Prof Ron Eccles of the Common Cold Centre, Cardiff University, it is women who get ill more.

He said: "This is because women have more contact with children - normally the main source of infection."

The poll for Nuts magazine found men take three days to recover and women half that time. November is said to be the worst month for 'man flu' - with one in six suffering.

There's also a somewhat more mindboggling version here:

....i remember from infants school that in these circumstances a long sleeved jumper could prove very practical  :D :D :D :D
- which reminds me of John's common test (i'm sure i'll do 'well') but i can't do it yet because i've only got excel under win 98 and not on my XP partition - where i are now.

BTW - is the floor nice and slippery?

long sleeves at infant school......yuk, thanks for that Dave (beware if I decide to wear long sleeves tonight  :D)

We havent danced on the floor yet so who knows, it certainly looks good, it is wooden (maple we think)and looks sprung.  As with any venue, you can have the best floor in the world but if it isnt cleaned properly.... >:(

Spinning exercise to start with...?! ;D
