Looks like this is the nearest dance (Yeovil?)

Anyone going / been in the past. Worth the petrol from Clevedon?

I can recommend Cardiff - see

for more info.

I went to this event last time (Anton du Beke and Erin Boag).  Excellent evening out.

John.

Yeovil is defiantly worth a visit

Big smooth floor, terrific sound and lighting

Sensibly priced bar

Big well lit, free car park

Worth getting there early

take a good map is well hidden

One down side not too  ?friendly?   last visit  I was refused a dance 5 times in row

I am almost certainly going with the Nailsea/ Backwell mob

Hadn't heard that the Nailsea crowd were up for such an awayday! If others from Nailsea are off there then I expect we'll get "dragged along" - Graham is very persuassive

I've always fancied trying Yeovil-- if anyone has a spare place in the car in exchange for petrol money then I'd be grateful --Thanks-- Anita

Yeovil's great, but I'll be in Cardiff on Friday.  :D O0

Does anyone know rough timings for the evening?  i.e. what time Darren and Lilia will perform, etc?

Got 3 of us in the car so far, so need 1 more to reclaim the bridge toll.  If anyone's interested, please PM me, but you'll need to get to Gloucester Road (by the cricket ground) and leaving 8ish.

If Philsmove is right about the Nailsea mob being up for the trip, we'll be going from Nailsea, Backwell, Clevedon & maybe some from Bristol - If noone else can offer you a lift. I can ask tomorrow evening for you
