Oh yes, another brilliant night at Clifton Le Roc. I still always enjoy the beginners classes and I actually managed to do all the moves in the intermediate class last night (thanks to some of the ladies who put me right a few times(!)) Normally after a hard day at the office on the Monday by the time it comes to about halfway through the intermediate class I am so tired etc., I have great difficulty in conentrating and remembering some of the moves but last night was ok. I only hope I get a chance to practice them soon or I may forget them again! Am hoping to go again on Monday so will be good to review some of the moves again. Thanks again to John and the team and Emily for standing in for Jacquie - hope she gets better soon.
