Hmmm. Disturbing signs of cupboard love creeping into this thread  :crazy2:

And, John, we are in danger of a demarcation dispute. It's my posts that are normally full of s***. With your last post you're moving in on my territory  ;)

Sorry, I will try to ordure my thoughts more appropriately in the future...  ::)
The Bristol LeRoc / modern jive dance classes are diverse and provide a blend of teaching styles and music styles that are complimentary. If you want to keep them... go to your classes and support them! Check out the free dance, music and theatre clipart images in the new Clipart Library

All this talk about Garderobes and garden sheds has made me come out of my hiding place :)
It is suddenly not so appealing to be in there...........................

Hear hear.

I think one of my faves is Billy Idol's (probably overplayed) Mony Mony.  It was the first song I ever freedanced to without crapping myself, so will always have a special place in my heart. :)

JG - i can't fathom the laxative qualities of dance nor billy >:D

i was trying to think (hard work) of something relating to living in a cupboard and this came to mind (danceable, eh what?)

and a couple of other tracks that remind me of my local in scunny - lots of friday night beer and wearing steel toe caps - the rigger boots were quite useful biking round the filthy works:

i can't imagine dancing in a tux - i overheat in jeans in tee shirt.

John.

This is a very worrying statement ::)  I'm usually quite happy to have a go at freestyle with beginners - but this, well, puts a whole new slant on the experience  :o

I can't watch or listen to one of Dave's tracks

You tube is tellling me "Hello, you either have JavaScript turned off or an old version of Adobe's Flash Player."  So won't worry about that one!  :)

Much as i love ZZTop's SDM, there is a much more relaxed, late-night version by Joe Whiting, which is also good and rather more blues-room. Available on iTunes

Does this mean Billy Idol could put Imodium out of business?

:)

You could also say it was a "corking" track, but the imagery for that pun is probably disturbing...  ::)
