That is probably because I haven?t been able to go dancing as much as I used to for a long time because of no car/or problems with the car/ being out of work/living on my own. etc.
It is well known that dancing is good for you as it releases endomorphines which are nature?s happy pills and as I have a lot of stress, ? or ind(I guess as others do), because of the above when I can go to a dance I want and need to dance all night. I always feel so much better all round after a good night?s dancing which I always thank the organisers, DJ, on the night in person, and the rest of the team and of course the ladies who dance with me again in the forum afterwards. Dancing is for me the only way for getting rid of the stress as I don?t drink much alcohol, smoke or take any other forms of drugs
I love my dancing to BUT I have other things that make me chill out too. ............
You only live once, so why waste so much time grumbling and do something about it Lifes short.

Its not like you need loads of money for one. When i graduated I was so so skint, but desperatley wanted a car. So I was doing two jobs and bought a cheep lil run around, got it taxed, MOTd, and serviced all for under £1000 as that was all i could afford. Try looking on ebay or the trade it THEN if you want to go dancing somewhere and cant get a lif tor a bus you can drive yourself, promlem solved??!!Quote from: bobthebracers on March 16, 2008, 04:19 PMIt is well known that dancing is good for you as it releases endomorphines which are nature?s happy pills and as I have a lot of stress, ? or ind(I guess as others do), because of the above when I can go to a dance I want and need to dance all night. Its boring anyway having just one thing to chill out with. If im stressed and cant dance, im just as happy cathcing up with friends, or staying in with a good movie ' Amelie' is my ultimate feel good film. If its nice weather and im feeling down its great just to go out for a walk. OR have another interest like painting, or learn how to fix cars so when it goes wrong you can fix it, or if youy want to be with people try doing volounteer work either going round elderly peoples houses and keeping them company , or working on some conservational project in the community. You only live once, so why waste so much time grumbling and do something about it Lifes short. The happiest people, kids I have ever met are lucky to have one toy. Maklouwa, in the photo with me, for instance lives in a house with no bathroom, no ceiling, outside loo (longdrop), he sleeps in the same room as Elvis his teen age brother, electricity is from a car battery. No iPod, HD TV, car, bike or pile of DVD. He rarely has anything but that big grin on his face.

i can see what the problem is right away : YOU'VE GOT A HAPPY B UNDER YOUR BONNET.If the car eventually goes or you get another one be particularly careful on slippery roads or the vehicle could go into multiple spins
but left Becki's clone still dancing the night away--she gets everywhere!!
