Monday 4/4/05 - moves

Hey guys,

Martin asked me to post the moves for tonight's lesson, so here they are (I think)

Neck break
Travelling spring lock
Miami special
Parisian basket
Zany pretzel

If I've got these wrong will someone please let me know :-[  Excellent class tonight I thought.. really good atmosphere ;D

Had my first experience of Clifton last night and had a good time. Due to the numbers in intermediates, i got to know the plant at the back of the room rather too well for my liking!

Good class on Monday - Great moves.

Freestyle music is a better mix of music as well.... some slow(er) as well as fast now as well!    :D
