I personally wouldnt rush to return to the Gorse hill working mens club-- mainly because I didnt like the venue--music fine and people friendly though.

Yes, it is a dive.  But I've had some good nights there and the floors very nice.  :)

Hi there were 120 dancers at swindon some nice dancers from bristol and se london  the floor as always was wonderful. unfortanatly  for me the music was not up to Richards normal high standard. The drinks are cheap but the loos are the worst anywhere but a good night. 8) 8) 8) 8)
When you take dance lessons you learn steps and moves,  then one day you realise you can dance it is so different.

I had a fabulous ,if  scarey dance, with a guy wearing those tassely combats. He picked me up & spun me round at one point-- brilliant dancer, presumably from Swindon--anyone know who he was?
