seed potatoes
« on: March 28, 2009, 08:08 PM »
I hate to see waste - so if any allotment holders / gardeners are interested Bristol East Allotment Assoc. (i think strictly speaking one should be a member) are selling off their remaining seed potatoes (plenty at 10:00 am today) at 60p per kilo. They are located in the 'pavilion' just along from St. Aidans Church, Nicholas Lane, St George. and are open Sat and Sun mornings.

I'm sure going to 'Skeggy' dancing in June will be more fun but who can tell what spuds will cost in 6 months time :D I was going to go to St. Bonns. toneet but am feeling a bit kaput :(

Was everyone feeling 'kaput' last night then?

I have started a thread re St Bonns for a discussion - didn't seem quite right to continue under heading of 'seed potatoes' if I want anyone to read it!
