Hi All,

A bit of a surprise me teaching tonight, but such is life.  The routine was:

- Slingshot
- Basket pull-through
- Change places (manspin)
- Butterfly into
- High towel into
- Low towel (whip spin into)
- Sway (tornado spin exit)

Enjoy!

Hi John

Did not make this class myself but heard lots of very positive comments on your class

From the Nailsea people who attended

As the teaching seems to be an important factor could organisers let us know who will be teaching?

Hi Phil,

Cheers for the heads-up.  Did the Nailsea bods say what they liked?  (So I can give a bit more of it?) :)  I've been experimenting with the music a bit recently too which may have helped.

Re: who's teaching, we do have a rota, but it's very changeable.  General rule of thumb though: I teach on Tuesdays, and David does Wednesdays.  Tuesdays generally tend to be more technique-based, and Wednesdays tend to be more moves-based (David's repertoire of moves is pretty good, much better than my own).

We occasionally fill in for each other, but that's the exception to the rule.

Hope that helps!
