Do you like the music to slow down a bit toward the end of evening?

I like it slowed down towards the end of the evening
If dancing goes past mid night slow it down for the last hour
I like hi octane music the whole night
I can’t dance to slow stuff, but would like to learn
I don’t like slow tracks, at anytime, in the evening
Mix it up though out the evening
I like blues all night

^^One thing I don’t like, is the occasional, isolated, slow track, in the middle of a set of fast ones^^

You must be very fit Phil.  I love dancing to the fast ones but I need a rest after two or three  :-\

Rock and Roll is not just about the fast beat and fast footwork, and a lot of regulars (some of them have been jiving a lot longer than me and even those that remember rock and roll when it first came out) at the BAWA have said the same thing as me. These bands, and we had another one last Sunday night that weren't that easy to dance to. You can do only so many moves, mainly spinning the women round and round in limited ways to the fast music. That is why I would rather go to a le roc dance than dance to some of the bands they get down the BAWA. Incidentally, my favourite Band, Earl Jackson, are at the BAWA in September and if you went along that night I think you will see what I mean.
