Funny isn't it - I reckon most dancers could out-last a lot of sports people - dancing is no "soft exercise"!

Although at the moment I can't do any - having bust up my knee last night, needing 6 hours in A&E and 8 stitches to patch up the rip (sob). 

I was so looking forward to dancing (having a good knees-up) tonight too (sigh).
