Ceroc at the Greenway Centre 11 Dec
« on: December 14, 2009, 07:42 PM »
I would have liked to have gone, but was away. Any comments on what it was like? Did the music change to slower stuff at the end? How many went?

Just curious

Andy

Hi there, it was a shame you could not make it as you missed a really good night. I really enjoyed it. The venue is brilliant with well lit parking, a good size dance floor and there was also a big cafe area where you could sit and enjoy the free tea etc.  Unfortunatley they ran out of chips before i could join the queue as I was busy dancing (as usual), The lesson at the start of the night was very good and I thought the music was brilliant all night. They did play slower ones after 12:00am which I think is a good idea. I think there was a good attendance and I will definitely be going to the next one.
So, a big thank you to John and the team and, especially as always, the lovely ladies who danced with me.

.  Unfortunately they ran out of chips before i could join the queue
I can report, the chips, and the chocolate Cake, and the mince pies, were excellent, as was the whole evening

Yes--the whole evening was great--the 'chips at midnight 'was unusual at first but I'm sure the chip butty I had helped me last til 2am!! Then there was tea, cakes and biscuits--& all for only £8 !--and thanks for dancing  some WCS with me John  :) Great music--as always--and some good dancers--nice to dance with you again too Graham  :)
