Hi everyone
Hope you are all glad to be able to start dancing again after the cold snap when a lot of events had to be cancelled. We managed to keep all our classes and dances open throughout so thanks to everyone who supported us over those couple of weeks.
This Sunday we're looking forward to our Tea Dance at Filton Community Centre. The dance runs from 3pm to 5.30pm with the same great music and atmosphere as our Saturday night dances-just on Sunday afternoon!! If you haven't been before why not pop along this week and see what it's all about. You can bring the family too and there's free tea and squash plus lovely home made cakes to purchase for a small fee. Tickets are £5 on the door or £2 for children.
If you have been before you know what a lovely atmosphere there is and we hope you can make it again this weekend.
We also wanted to let you know that we have cancelled our February 6th dance at Filton so as to avoid a clash with the dance being run by Portishead LeRoc. Please do support that event if you were planning on coming to Filton that night. It promises to be a great night. Don't forget of course that we hold classes every Monday night at the Bristol Folk House on Park Street.
