Hi All

A bit of teaching for me again last night! :)

Here are the routines:

Beginners:

- Neckbreak
- Lady's spins
- Windmill
- (Arch)

Intermediates:

- Change places slingshot
- Passing backhander
- Hammerlock manspin
- Travelling return x3 (man spin in the middle)
- Hatchback
