Nailsea LeRoc: Thursday 20th May 2010

Hi All

I did some teaching last night.  Here are the moves:

Beginners:

- First move
- Step through
- Neckbreak
- (Hatchback)

Intermediates:

- Double figure 8
- Ladies spins (manspin variation)
- First move walk (seducer exit)
- Change places (manspin variation)
- Windmill seducer

The beginner move in (brackets) was taught during Beginners part 2.

With the Intermediate routine, the idea was to tackle basic moves, focussing on the technique involved - particularly for the leads for the men, and the spinning practice for the men!

John.
The Bristol LeRoc / modern jive dance classes are diverse and provide a blend of teaching styles and music styles that are complimentary. If you want to keep them... go to your classes and support them! Check out the free dance, music and theatre clipart images in the new Clipart Library
