Hi All

The intermediate routine for the night was:

- Double figure 8
- Catapult (travelling return)
- 1st move seducer (backspin fast seducer exit)
- Loophole (basket bump-out exit)

The idea was to focus on the lower-level technique for these moves, as future weeks will build on these moves to provide more elaborate variations which require additional technique.
