Again after a late night on the Friday at the Greenway and my experiences at the last Big Bath Bash I was in two minds whether to go or not, and again I was really glad I did. The choice of music was excellent in my view and I thought that my £12 was money well spent on this occasion. The charity cabaret such as it was didn't take up too much dancing time and it was for a very good cause. Despite my bad knees (wear and tear, all that dancing over the years) and being a bit hard of hearing in my right ear (wax etc.,) I managed to dance most of the night as per usual and got to dance with quite a few women that I hadn't danced with for ages which was good. I often find that no matter how tired etc., I feel and/or knees/back not too good once I make the effort and get to the dance and the music starts that's it I'm off and then I can't stop dancing. It isn't always the case though because if the music ain't all that good and I can't get into the groove as it were in some places - well, actually one place in particular in Bristol - and I don't mean Clifton Le Roc where the music is always brilliant, it can be hard work. And of course a big thank you to all those lovely ladies who danced with me.
