Here are the routines from last Thursday:

Beginners

- Push-pull
- Loophole
- Basket
- (Change place)

Intermediates

- Push-pull backlock
- Pull-back travel (backspin exit)
- Catapult manspin
- Cleaver walk x2
- Windmill seducer
