Hi All,

The class for tonight was:

- Double arch
- Change places (man spin)
- Ladies spin (man spin variation)
- Continuous lasso sway
- Switch
- Seducer exit

This is the first part of a series of classes which all highlight basic seducer drop techniques - different entries, exits, speeds, and approaches.  This will provide learners with an understanding of dips and drops, and an understanding of their limits too.

John.
