Hi All,

Tonight's routine was:

- First move reverse block
- Travelling continuous lasso sway (x 3)
- Tornado double-spin exit (spin 2 exits straight into...)
- Tango Lunge (tricky!)
- Change places (man spin)

Hope everyone enjoyed!

No particular theme at the moment, just some more complex routines than normal utilising the technique classes from the past few months.

If anybody wants it' I'll stick on a description of the routine.

Hi John

a good routine on tuesday and the lunge wasn't *that* difficult. I recalled it all ok and have used a couple of items already.
