Here are the routines from last night:
Beginners
- Arch
- First move
- Loophole
- (Change places)
Intermediates
- Slingshot
- Parisian basket
- Basket back-spin (travelling return double-spin)
- Shoulder pass into
- Catapult archie
- Reverse catapult (both spin exit)
The class focussed on making the guys move very dynamically around the floor, and making sure that the movement was sympathetic to the ladies' motions too.
Focus was also given for the male leads, as there were no signals for the whole routine.
