Go as soon as possible into the new timezone. Avoid afternoon naps - stay awake till your normal bedtime - go to bed as usual.  And get out into the sunshine during the day. Thats the way I do it, and i am usually acclimiatized within a couple of days

When I used to work regularly in California I tried not to acclimatise too much, so that the jet lag didn't hit hard when I got home. However, I was only out there for a week at most. When you're on your holidays, it's a bit different!

What works for me on my return is sleep. And plenty of it.  ;D I'm the opposite of Nick - don't worry about normal bedtimes, etc - I just sleep!

Oh, and I'm not going to Kingswood tonight.

After a week of hard decorating, I am 'cream crackered' - the new settee and a bottle of wine seem very tempting........... ::)

So Phil,

Did you make the dance or did jetlag get the better of you?

No reason why you can't add photos- Elaine has done it, and what a fine figure of a lady she is too. MMMmmmm  >:D

Anyway, back from my cold shower now. :D

If you do add photos, please try to keep them smallish - if you're unsure send them on to me and I'll size them for you and shrink them to as small a size as possible.

Unfortunately Phil, if you are doing photos, I don't think you should try to match Elaine - you just wouldn't look right in a crimson corset...
