woops - didn't notice the ' in Le Roc' qualification. It must be doing the multi-tasking bit, cooking my pot noodle while doing the web stuff
Speaking 'pot' i'm sure a lot of this lead/follow thing is down to personal chemistry (ie : luck) as with my limited experience it may be a lot easier (flow better) to go through a seqence moves with one partner than the next - who might even be more experienced.
