Whats this place like?

The dance floor?  (Fast/slow?  Smooth or "interesting?   ;D  )
The music?          (Looks like the wiggles are into ballroom amd swing etc... will it be an "interesting" set of music? or specifically a leroc event?)
Smoking?
etc
etc

PS:

Morning Martin

The centre is a nice little building in a quiet part of Clevedon, with it's own car park and plenty of parking on the lane next to it if the car paark gets full.

The floor was pretty fast the last time we danced on it. Mrs Wiggle & I will be wearing our Rumpfs with leather soles, but Julia will be taking her Bloch trainers as a back up. The floor isn't sprung - it's like the Folk House.

DEFINITELY NO SMOKING

Music - I've been agonising over a playlist for weeks on and off now but I hope that there will be plenty for people to enjoy. The emphasis will be on Lerocable music. There will be plenty of swing & latin as well as the chart based material, but expect to hear some stuff you won't have heard in Bristol before! My swanky new lights will also make an appearance.

The knee is feeling a bit better this week thanks

Morning Andrew,

Sounds good! I'm up for it them!  (I was going to go to twyford - for the 1st time - but hey, support your local dance when you get the chance I say  :) )

Can we put our music requests in now - running up to Saturday?   >:D
I'll start the ball rolling....
.
.
.

Bit embarrased to say - but I'd really like to give "pussy Cat Dolls - Don't cha" a go!
It has some interesting breaks on the 3 and the 5 - as well as a catchy tune..

.
.
.
I'll run for cover now!   ;D

Martin

BTW if anyone else wants to hear anything in particular let me know & I'll see what I can do. Be aware that I don't have everything - I just can't find a copy of the "Crazy Frog" anywhere  ;)

Hi Lin,

Try sticking a post in the Carshares & Lifts section too - might get some additional bites for lifts then!

Or 'Cry to me', or 'Time of my life'.......

But, Andy, having seen your music choices previously discussed, I think it will be a very enjoyable evening!   :)

Me and 'im' will definitely be there!!!!!!!
