Are we talking "discovered this year", "released this year", or both?

Cos I'm listening to Big Bad Voodoo Daddy's "Big Time Operator" track and it's Grrrrreat.

John.

Tyler James, "Foolish"
Michael Buble, "Save the Last Dance for me"
Sarah Vaughan, "Fever"

Also I agree with you about "Crazy Chick", and there are better tracks on the Charlotte Church Album. i rather like "Lets Be Alone"

discovered this year would be just about everything I like to dance to ( http://www.leroc-in-bristol.co.uk/forum/index.php?topic=418.0 )

released this year Gorillaz Feel Good Inc & Dare, Jem - They, Oasis The importance of being idle

I think that "Jump" by Paul Anka & "Planet Mambo" by Lemon might make it onto my list when I've heard them a few more times

released today

Your Woman by Tyler James - fab fab fab remake of a fab fab fab track (even though it's just about the strangest lyrics for a man to be singing - read that it may be about a guy who loves a socialist liesbian)

Supernature - Goldfrapp 3 or 4 great tracks jump out on first listen so expect to hear lots of this over the coming months
