Reviews category shrunk!
« on: January 16, 2005, 01:12 PM »
Hi All,

The reviews section was getting a bit large, so I shrunk it down to one section per class only, so it's a lot smaller now.

That should make the whole thing a bit easier to scroll down!

Mind you, if you're not that interested in any section of the forum you can always just click on the category title and "fold it away" so to speak.  That way it won't show all the boards in it when you next look at the top page...

Enjoy

John.

Ummm, I agree with Phil on announcements and adverts.........unless it is a space thing, I would find it more 'user friendly' if I could just check the one section.

Well, the thinking behind the advertising section was that anybody could stick anything they wanted in there.

The thinking for the announcements board was that special events could go in - e.g. holidays, class cancellations, and news.  For example, would you look in "advertising" to find when a class wasn't running?

Bit of a tricky one.  I'll have a think, but may try merging them at some point soon.

Thanks John - I can see what you are trying to do, but I tend to scan things very quickly and would hate to miss anything!  :)
